By entering this site or purchasing products from you certify and agree that you are over 18+ years (or 21+ years old where applicable) of age and that products purchased from are to be used solely by persons over the age of 18 (or 21+ years old where applicable). You agree that no claims about safety, health benefits or uses for the products were specifically stated by You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from Products sold by have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease. Comments/reviews posted by visitors or customers of or associated websites do not represent the opinion of or its employees or representatives.


Unopened Items

We accept returns of all unopened items for 7 days for refund or exchange. If you purchased the item with FREE SHIPPING option and if you are requesting a refund, you will receive a refund after our original shipping cost is deducted from the full purchase price. You are responsible for return shipment fees.

Opened but Unused Items

We accept returns of all opened but unused items for 7 days for refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee applied.

Used items

If an item is used, we cannot provide refund.  Feel free to call us to discuss options 1-678-846-9605

Defective items

We accept returns of defective items within 7 days of purchase. There are certain brands that are exception to this due to their manufacturer policies. Please see below for details under "Exceptions" section. 

If you purchased an item and it is defective, we will replace the item within the first 7 days of purchase. We can also offer exchange to a different item of your choice. Please see "Used Items" section above for details. Customers are responsible for return shipment fee. We will cover the shipping fee of the exchanged item.

If your item becomes defective after 7 days of purchase, you will need to contact the manufacturer and use your warranty rights for the item directly through the manufacturer.


Certain manufacturers have strict policies of their own where they prefer to deal with end user product issues directly by themselves. These manufacturers do not allow resellers/distributors to accept returns or provide service to the end user for their brand name products. These brands are listed below. If you purchased one of these brands, we will handle your return requests within the 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, any issue with these products will need to be handled by the manufacturer. We cannot accept a return or refund for these items after 7 days of your purchase. You can contact these manufacturers directly. (Please contact us for any questions about this list. There may be more manufacturers for exceptions than listed)

How about VaporSeller Warranty Package Holders?

If you purchased one of our warranty packages, we will handle all your defective item returns for the duration of your warranty period. You will be responsible for return shipment fees. Some items are not covered under VaporSeller Warranty Packages. Please see "Exceptions" section above for details.

Return Process:

If you are eligible for a return based on above conditions, please contact our support via online chat, phone or email and request a return service. Our staff will send you necessary instructions to obtain your RMA (Return Authorization) number. We do not accept returns without this RMA number. If you are returning a defective item, we will inspect the item upon receipt. If the item is found as non-defective, we will document this and ship the item back to you with proper proof of working condition. If there is an intentional tempering with the devices, please note that this is against the law. We will document this and return the item back to you with proof of inspection.

Order Cancellations:

If you decided to cancel your order, you can do so BEFORE it ships. You will get fully refunded. We will need 12 hour notice before the shipment time. If you request a cancellation, later than the 12 hour lead time, we may not guarantee your cancellation.
