Flat Rate Shipping
We provide FREE SHIPPING option via USPS for all orders within U.S.A., we also provide faster shipping options which is for additional cost through FedEx. The cost of shipping is provided by the carrier's data. We use USPS for all FREE shipments. If you prefer any other carrier such as DHL, please call our office after your purchase, 1-678-846-9605 and we will accommodate your request.
All our shipments are sent via Delivery Confirmation and a tracking number is provided automatically via email. You can track your packages on FEDEX or USPS website or by simply logging into your Vapor Seller account. We do not require signature for delivery. It is your responsibility to be available to pick up your package or instruct your delivery person to leave your package at a safe place.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are usually processed within 24-72 hours (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS). Our warehouse is closed over the weekends. These are average processing times. For busy seasons, during holidays or around special sales events, our processing time can be extended due to the high order volumes. If you have urgent shipment need and if you paid for expedited delivery, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to accommodate your need prior to 24-72 hour standard processing/handling time. Please note which ever service you have chosen for your order to be delivered will be used. This is completely separate from our in house processing times.
DISCREET BILLING & SHIPPING
We ship all items totally discreet. No marks of any kind. We also provide totally discreet billing.
Please note that if an incorrect address is entered on your order and as a result, our courier is unable to deliver the item, the product may be returned to sender. If an order is returned to sender and you will be charged the original posting charge and the return charge and the balance will be refunded to your credit card.
If you would like the item to be re-shipped, there will be a $12.99 surcharge for re-delivery which is imposed by FEDEX/USPS. If you notice you have entered the wrong address immediately after placing your order - please e-mail us. If it is within 2 hours of placing your order we may be able to change the address to the correct one. If you require a change of address after your order has been shipped there will be a $12.99 charge applied which is imposed by FEDEX/USPS.
